morellino di scansano d.o.c.g.

Our Morellino consists of sangiovese and syrah. The rustic nature of the sangiovese – right, down to earth, sensual, persevering – obtained by the admixture of large international varietal syrah an even stronger skeleton. The color of our Morellino is dark; he smells trail leather, red berries, cherries, violets and after. The palate like it by its suppleness that clearly distinguishes him for example of traditional chiantis. Suits vigorous vegetable dishes, potato gratins, pumpkin soups and goulash.
