Aione I.G.T.
Aione gives us notes of violet and very ripe fruits flanked by graceful sanguine sensations; over time, hints of talc, carob, and vanilla emerge. On the palate, the elegant tannins and the well-present freshness are striking, both harmoniously dressed by the marked softness and richness of the body that give it a wide, pulpy and enveloping sip. A wine that calls in a loud voice the symbolic dish of these hills: pappardelle with wild boar.
