This syrah manages to combine intensity and finesse, offering us a richly fruity bouquet in which the well-ripened notes of Vignola cherry, blackberry, blue plum and blueberry emerge, without ever overriding each other. Certainly, the spices that manifest themselves in the aromas of black pepper, cinnamon, and vanilla cannot be missed. Over time, floral sensations of violet and dog rose can be seen while, between the dense meshes of the fruit, a vertical balsamic vein emerges. On the palate, it offers enveloping, pulpy, soft and structured and, at the same time, excellent balance thanks to the sweet and smooth tannins and a composed freshness; very long persistence. A wine to pair with rich and spicy meat dishes such as, for example, peposo or salmì of furred game.

This syrah, intense and delicate, gives well-ripened notes of Vignola cherry, blackberry, blueberry and cassis syrup as well as a complex spice of black pepper, cinnamon and vanilla. The whole is crossed by a gentle balsamic vein. The sip is enveloping and pulpy and, at the same time, of excellent balance thanks to the sweet and smooth tannins and the composed freshness. A wine to pair with rich and spicy meat dishes such as, for example, peposo or salmì of furred game.
