Your holidays at Podere Casina
Podere Casina is a quiet and isolated place, made up of a group of houses located in the middle of our 45 hectares, easily accessible by car.
Podere Casina is about 10 km from the city of Grosseto, the capital of the province of the same name. At 4 km away is the town of Istia d’Ombrone, with its excellent restaurants, while at about 40 km there are the splendid thermal baths of Saturnia.
From the highest point of the hills you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding countryside and, on the horizon, you can see the sea, which is about 20 km away.
Within the property you can walk 3 different paths: the first, shorter and steeper, is suitable for morning gymnastics; the second crosses the vineyards and flowery meadows; the third, in the shade of Mediterranean trees and shrubs, runs alongside a small stream which, after a path made up of small waterfalls, joins the stream Maiano, a tributary of the Ombrone river, downstream.

La Casettina
Il Pino
The estate offers the opportunity to spend a holiday here, taking advantage of a large apartment, which can accommodate 4-5 people and a smaller one, suitable for 2-4 people.
On the farm, about 100 meters away, there is also a small independent house called “la Casettina”.
Our agritourism accommodation is not limited only to holidays and relaxation: guests can discover the cellar and the secrets behind the production of our wine and, finally, taste it.

Surrounded by vineyards from the Casettina you can admire breathtaking views. La Casettina, an ideal place to spend a holiday in peace and tranquility, consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom and a mezzanine.
Appartamento Il Pino
The apartment Il Pino, located in an outbuilding of the main house, consists of a large bedroom with double bed and another 2 beds (sofa bed), is equipped with a kitchen and shower / toilet. Outside you’ll find a secluded garden overlooking the vineyard, ideal for rest and relaxation.
